All Keychoc equipment purchased from Chocmakers comes with a full 12 month parts and labour warranty.*

Whilst all Keychoc equipment is manufactured in the United Kingdom to high quality standards, we understand that any equipment can experience issues from time to time due to a variety of reasons. Should you experience an issue, Chocmakers is committed to ensuring your equipment gets back up and running as quickly as possible.

Often the fastest and easiest solution is to talk through the issue over the phone and provide instructions for a simple fix. We offer telephone technical support out of our Brisbane office during business hours to diagnose & recommend immediate solutions if available.

Should the issue require extended repairs, we offer a full 12 months parts & labour return-to-base warranty. 

​

In any case, Chocmakers will continue to provide assistance with your technical enquiry until the solution is achieved.
